I am getting an error when uploading a file

If you are trying to upload a file to a referral and you are having a problem with it, please keep in mind that at the moment files to upload cannot be bigger than 5MB. If your file is bigger than that, you will need to resize it. 

Also, if you are getting an error message uploading a file smaller than 5MB, keep in consideration that we support most formats like RTF, doc, docx, tiff, jpeg, PNG and PDF. If you are having issues uploading a different format, we recommend you changing it to one of the types listed above.
