When submitting a new referral, you will receive a confirmation email with the referral number and initials for the patient.
You will then be able to download a copy of the referral in PDF format. If the link for some reason is giving you an error message, please contact us via support@riviam.zendesk.com with the reference code, reason code and technical code (this will appear when you click the link to download your document).
