Unallocated Referrals pathway

In the list of pathways, you will see a pathway for "Unallocated Referrals".

Where RIVIAM has been unable to identify any patient-identifiable data in the email/attachments or the referral form is sent in a format that RIVIAM is unable to read, the email is imported and saved as a referral under the "Unallocated Referrals" pathway.

Referrals in this pathway can be reallocated to other pathways.
