Mobile: Update Immunisations information

Mobile: Update Immunisations information

Use these functionalities to make changes to consents on the day of the clinic using the mobile app, like in the RIVIAM web.

We have introduced two new functionalities to facilitate this using the Mobile app:

  1. Update Vaccination Type Nasal/Injectable
  2. Update Consent Status

AlertPlease note that updating consent status or vaccination type should be completed during the clinic session, not after the clinic time has elapsed.

Update Vaccination Type Nasal/Injectable

This new functionality is accessible within a child’s consultation by using the + button. When the user presses the + button, the Update Vaccination Type option will appear. Select this, and the change vaccine type form will be displayed. The user can change the vaccine type as necessary and is required to include a reason for making the change. Select continue, and this will update the vaccine type data for that patient record.

An event will be created in the RIVIAM Web for the changes made and recorded on the patient's timeline.

Update Consent Status using Mobile

Similar to above, this new functionality is accessible within a child’s consultation by using the + button. When the user presses the + button, the Update Consent Status option will appear. Select this, and the change consent status form will emerge. The user can change the consent status and is required to provide a reason for the change. Select Continue, and this will update the consent status for that patient record.

  1. Consent given.
  2. Consent not given.

An event will be created in the RIVIAM Web for the changes made and recorded on the patient's timeline.

Notes
Please note that if you wish to update the vaccine status. You will need to come out of the consultation so the changes can sync with the RIVIAM web before outcoming. Please follow the same procedure for coming out of the consultation for changing consents too.
