Create a referral via an internal form in RIVIAM Workflow or the Service Directory
There are several ways to create a new referral whilst logged in to RIVIAM Workflow. The diagram below gives instructions on creating a new referral depending on whether the person or the Contact is already known to RIVIAM.

Referrers are also able to submit a referral from a Service Directory. The Service Directory provides descriptions and customised forms for each listed service.
