Discharge Status tab

This section will only be displayed for referrals received from the Discharge Service.

This page displays further details on the current episode of care and the Referral status flag. Discharge linked referrals will list and the View combined timeline will display the timeline of events related to the referrals.

 

Combined timeline

By selecting "View Combined Timeline", users can see all events recorded for all referrals for this discharge. These are listed chronologically.

Please Note: The user can see a list of related referrals. However, if they do not have permission to access another pod, they will see the referral listed but are unable to view the details of that referral
