Error uploading files

If you are uploading a file to a referral form and you encounter a problem uploading it, please check the size of the file. If the file is larger than 5–10 MB, please compress it into a smaller document before uploading.

Also, please check the format of the file you are trying to upload. RIVIAM supports most common file formats, including RTF, DOC, DOCX, TIFF (single-page only), JPEG, PNG, and PDF.

Please note: multipage TIFF files are not supported and cannot be accepted.

If you are using a less commonly used file format, we recommend changing it to one of the formats listed above.
