How do I raise a technical support request?

Please email RIVIAM Digital Care at support@riviam.com.

Please submit your support request without including unnecessary personal data. If you need to share sensitive data to resolve your query, please use a secure method, such as: Password-protected documents (with the password sent separately), or NHSmail to NHSmail transfers via Egress. 

Your organisation’s responsibility 

Under GDPR Article 24, your organisation — as the Data Controller — must ensure that any personal data shared is handled appropriately. As a member of staff, you must follow your organisation’s internal policies and, if this incident meets the threshold of a data breach, record and report it in line with those procedures.
