Forgotten password


1. To reset your password or request a new activation code, please click the "Forgotten password" link under the "Login" button:

2. You will then be sent to a new page.

Fill in the field with the email you are registered with:

3. You will receive a new activation code to the email you supplied, and you are registered with us. Please check your spam or junk mailbox. 

4. Fill in the fields requested: Please ensure these fields are not auto-populated. Please type in the most recent activation code you requested to ensure this is activated.

5.  Create a new password.

6. Press the Login button:

7. Finally, you can now log in with your new credentials:
