How to update patients details
How to update Referral Details for a patient
Open a patient record and then click ‘Referral details’ (on the left-hand side):
Click on the details you would like to update, e.g. ‘Consent details’ and click ‘Update’. Update the details and then click ‘Save’.
Do not use the Referral Details section to change a consent status, vaccine type or vaccination status
Do not use the Referral Details section to change a consent status, vaccine type or vaccination status
If you need to change the consent status from yes to no or no to yes, or if you need to change the vaccine type, please make sure you do so in the "Immunisations" section (syringe symbol) using the 'Update consent status' or 'change vaccine type'.
