How to log into RIVIAM Web

Please follow these step-by-step instructions if you are logging into RIVIAM Web:

Enter the RIVIAM website URL provided by your management team.
The RIVIAM Web login page should appear:
Enter your username/email address.
If you have already received an activation code by email, then please select "activate a new code" under the log-in button.

If you require an activation code, then please select "forgotten password". A new page will appear:

Enter your Email address.
Check your email Inbox for a RIVIAM Activation Code. If the email does not appear, please also check your Spam Folder.
Enter the activation code in the field.
Enter your mobile telephone number
Create a password and select "Complete Setup".
The login page will load.
Enter your username and password and log in.
Some customers have a two-step authentication process. An SMS code will be sent to the mobile number you entered. Use this code to log in. The code is valid for up to 8 hours.
