How to log into RIVIAM Web
Please follow these step-by-step instructions if you are logging into RIVIAM Web:
- Enter the RIVIAM website URL provided by your management team.
- The RIVIAM Web login page should appear:
- Enter your username/email address.
- If you have already received an activation code by email, then please select "activate a new code" under the log-in button.
- If you require an activation code, then please select "forgotten password". A new page will appear:

- Enter your Email address.
- Check your email Inbox for a RIVIAM Activation Code. If the email does not appear, please also check your Spam Folder.
- Enter the activation code in the field.
- Enter your mobile telephone number
- Create a password and select "Complete Setup".
- The login page will load.
- Enter your username and password and log in.
- Some customers have a two-step authentication process. An SMS code will be sent to the mobile number you entered. Use this code to log in. The code is valid for up to 8 hours.
