How to manage bookings

Viewing which patients have booked into individual clinics

To view a list of bookings at a clinic venue, use the Immunisations page and select an immunisation programme. Then select the clinic venue you want to view.

Select the school.

If you click on the Clinic bookings tab, you will see a list of all bookings for that clinic.

You can filter by clinic date to list the appointments booked for that day:

NotesPlease note: You can see where individual consents in a school have bookings in a catch-up community clinic, as they will display a booking calendar icon next to them.

Info
If a child has an existing booking at a community catch-up clinic, and a clinic is later scheduled at the school the child attends, their name will not appear on the school clinic list. However, if the community booking is cancelled, the booking icon will disappear, and the child's name will then be able to appear on the school clinic list.

Info
Please note: RIVIAM allows children with elapsed bookings -who have not been vaccinated- to either be included in future school clinic lists or rebooked into another community clinic.

The booking flag symbol on the Consents Received page will only be displayed for upcoming bookings.  We have also incorporated this into the Consents Received and Outstanding Vaccinations reports.

  • Select the "Clinic Bookings" Tab at the top.
  • Find the booking that you wish to amend/cancel.

Warning
Please note that if you wish to change the booking to another clinic venue, you should cancel the existing clinic booking and rebook the appointment at the new location.
