How to progress to next step and add a clinical note

When you want to progress a consent to the next step (either a step within the current triage, another triage, or to show that the patient is ready for immunisation), you need to:
  • Open the patient record

 

  • In this example, we want to show that Clinical Triage is in progress – so first, you click on the Progress to Next Step button:

  • This action will bring up the following screen:

  • Click on the desired step you want to move the consent to – you can move forward it, or you can move backwards.
  • Having selected the option (indicated in the above picture), you need to add some clinical notes explaining this decision. Pressing "Confirm" updates the patient referral timeline, as seen below:

This will also create a clinical note, which will appear on the mobile or spreadsheet at a clinic session:
