I didn't receive my activation code

Having trouble accessing your RIVIAM account? Have you not received your activation code? Please check these steps:

  • Manager Approval: Make sure your manager has submitted a request for your RIVIAM access. This will include the email address you'll use to log in.
  • Check Your Email: After submitting the request, you'll receive an activation code via email. Look for it in your inbox, including spam or junk folders. Also, check with your IT team to ensure that noreply@mail.riviam.io has been whitelisted. If, for any reason, you still can't find this invitation email, please check with your team lead if they have added you with the correct credentials.
  • Login URL: Double-check that you're using the correct login website address (URL).
  • Expired Code? Activation codes expire after 12 hours. If you missed the window, no worries! Click the "Forgotten Password" link below the login button to request a new code.
