My activation code does not work
If you are having trouble activating your RIVIAM account and the activation code you have received does not allow you to continue to add a password, we recommend users try to activate their accounts using the "New Incognito Window" or "New InPrivate window" on their browser.
How to use a New incognito window/New InPrivate window in your browser
To select this option, click on the three vertical dots at the top right-hand side of your browser. A new menu will appear and depending on your browser select the option:
Chrome:
Edge browser:

This will clear any caches in your browser.
Load the RIVIAM log-in URL in the address bar, select 'activate a new code' under the log-in button and follow the on-screen instructions.
