Organisational pods (or pathways)
Inside the Referrals tab, the user will see an overview of all the organisational pathways they have been assigned to and therefore can have access to. These are sometimes referred to as Organisational Pods.
The user will only see the referrals assigned to their Pods. If a user tries to access a referral in Pods that they do not have permission to access, they will receive an unauthorised message.
The names of the Pods correspond to the name of the organisation or services provided. By selecting the Pod, the user can navigate to the individual Pod dashboard.

| | Please note: A partnering organisation is only given user rights and permissions to access the referrals assigned to their Pods. They may see referrals raised for other partnering organisations, but cannot access them unless they have permission set up by RIVIAM. User rights can only be amended by the RIVIAM Support Team with authorisation from the customer management team.
