RAG status

RAG status

Referrals in a Pathway or Pod have an [R]ed, [A]mber and [G]reen status that is calculated by the number of hours since the referral was received and the working hours for the service. For example, the working hours might be 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. This can be configured for each service, in line with their referral KPIs.
