Reassign pathways

Reassign pathways

If you decide that a referral needs to be reassigned to a different pathway (or you are reassigning referrals from the Unallocated Referrals pathway), you can do this by clicking the “Reassign Pathway” button on the right-hand side of the referral dashboard (under “Actions”):

This will allow you to:

  1. Select the pathway to which you would like to move the referral.

  2. Select the appropriate step within that pathway (i.e. received an email, awaiting more information, upload to TPP Systm1).

You also need to add a note describing why you have made this decision:

Once a referral has been reassigned, it will appear in the pathway centre and referral dashboard of the new pathway. A timeline event, including the date, time, by whom the referral was re-assigned, and which pathway it came from, will also be visible in the patient record.
