How to add clinic staff working days and schedules
In terms of allocating temporary staff to clinics (so that they can use the RIVIAM app), we suggest that each person be marked as available all day/every day and that you allocate them to clinics based on their actual availability.
Bank staff can access the app using their login credentials supplied by the immunisation team. Each new user will be required to activate their accounts on any new device used.
