RIVIAM app: how does the app sync with other devices?

If there are several clinicians giving vaccinations at a clinic, will the mobile app record the outcome in real-time to prevent double vaccinations? 

Yes, as long as the application is connected to RIVIAM’s cloud services via the Internet, and you can see on the Home Page that messages are being successfully sent.  

If you see a red bar at the top of the screen, this means you are working offline. Therefore, syncing will not be possible, but you can still carry on recording outcomes as long as you make your team aware of this.

At the end of the session, you must ensure you are connected to wifi or 4G so updates can go through. Make sure all messages are being sent, and we also recommend comparing your numbers against the school stats -under the "Vaccination Status"- to see if they match:

On the RIVIAM Web, in Schedule clinics, it is possible to see the clinic activity and the outcomes recorded by the nurse.
