Self service reporting

In the self-service reports service, you can access:
- CHIS and CHIS, including not given
- NIVS
- Refusal Report
- Outstanding Vaccinations Report
- Ethnicity Report
- TPP Report
- Consents Received
- MMR Outstanding

 

CHIS reporting

CHIS reporting is available for all our customers. There are two types: CHIS and CHIS including not given

Download locations
  • Log in to the RIVIAM web
  • Select the "Immunisations" page
  • Select the Immunisation programme
  • Select the "Reporting" tab on the left-hand navigation menu

This displays the self-service reporting options. Users can choose to filter by the hub and by date range. The report requested is downloaded in a CSV format.

All vaccinations outcomed within the specified timeframe/hub where the vaccination status is "given"

Exclusions
  • Batch Number contains the text "ERROR"
  • The Read code contains the text "Duplicate vaccination referral"
  • Referrals will not be included if the school year is missing
  • Establishments where the URN is like "ZZZ" (test schools)

Notes
 Please note: The record will appear in the time range of when the outcome was recorded (not necessarily when the clinic was)

NIVS

Available for all our immunisation customers with the Flu or HPV programme.

  • Select the Immunisation programme
  • Select the school needed
  • Select the "School reporting" tab as shown below
  • Users have the option to download the NIVS report by school or the NIVS spreadsheet, including clinic bookings

This report covers all referrals for the given program and date range where the consent status was originally “Not Given” - i.e. the referral has a not given reason associated with it. DTP/MEN referrals can have 2 refusal reasons (1 per vaccine type), HPV and Flu referrals only have 1 refusal reason per referral.

Gillick refusals are not expected to appear for DTP/MenACWY reports (as this report looks for a string to determine the refusal fields, as with the mmr) but will appear in HPV and Flu (as this version uses the is_a to identify the refusal field and this is_a is applied to both the parental and gillick form dictionary_uuids)

MMR Outstanding

Content

This report contains all received primary referrals for the selected program, in the selected date range and hubs, where the parent has answered “No” or “Not sure” to the question “Has your child received 2 doses of the MMR vaccine”. This question is asked as part of taking the referral for other vaccination programs. ZZZ test school is excluded.

NOT INCLUDED IN THIS REPORT - On Gillick forms, the question is “Have you had TWO doses of the MMR vaccine (measles, mumps and rubella)?” so referrals with a “No” response to this question are excluded.
