Send Pre-vaccination information

When scheduling a clinic, there is now an option to send parents an email with some pre-vaccination information 24 hours before the clinic date. This is typically a reminder for parents, telling them when the provider will be visiting the school, along with any specific instructions. 

You can find this option when you select "Schedule clinic", then "New Session" and select 'yes' to the question "Would you like you like to send pre-clinic information by email to parents before the clinic?".

RIVIAM web will display the email message that the parents will receive under this question. 

Sending the pre-clinic messaging is an option and defaults to 'no' when you create a clinic.

The pre-vaccination information is sent to parents where consent for the vaccination is given.

Please note that any declined consents, declined out-of-cohort consents, and clinically declined consents by service are excluded from the send email function. 




This content of the email on RIVIAM web is read-only and cannot be edited or amended by the user.  
Customers should contact RIVIAM to enable or disable the pre-vaccination information email functionality.
