The referral navigator guide

The referral navigator guide

This guide will provide users a comprehensive overview of patient information and actions you can take to update or amend records. The referral navigator dashboard displays the patient's demographics and referral details.

Lock or unlock a referral

The padlock icon on the right-hand side enables the user to lock a referral whilst reviewing and editing it. Once completed, the user should unlock it. If the referral remains locked, colleagues will not be able to make any updates until it is unlocked.
