The "Upload files and match students to consents received" section is where School Administrators can upload class lists or files to share with the Immunisations Teams.
Figure 1: Select File to Upload
To upload a file, please select the school year from the drop-down menu, then select the button "Select File to Upload". This will access the files on your device. Select the file you would like to upload.
RIVIAM accepts all formats: Word doc, docx, and PDF. Please ensure that the size of the file does not exceed 5MB in size.
If the user needs to cancel the upload, please select "X".
If the user needs to proceed with the upload, select the button "Upload File".
A pop-up window will appear with the message "Uploaded successfully".

Please note: RIVIAM can match the consents received against the class lists uploaded by the School Administrator. For this to work, the class list needs to be in a format that RIVIAM can read. A template in the correct format of the class list is available for download.
It is possible to upload the class list in a different format; however, these will not be matched against the consents received, identifying those parents that have yet to submit a response.
This section displays the files that the school and the Immunisation Team have uploaded.
Figure 3: Files uploaded by school year
Select the school year, and this will display the files uploaded for that particular school year. This will show the date and time of the file upload, who uploaded the file, the file's name, file status and if it was in the correct RIVIAM format. For example:
If the user selects the Download link, they can download and view the document.
