After the login is successful, the School Portal Homepage will open. School administrators will see two sections.
When the School administrator logs into the School Portal, they will see the school or list of schools that they have been assigned to. For multi-academy trusts school administrator may be assigned to manage more than one school. On the right, users can access school information by selecting Details.
Users can also see the clinics that have been scheduled for that school. This section details the clinic date, start and end time, the immunisation being administered, the name of the school and if this is a bookable clinic. It is possible to print this list if required by selecting the "Print All" button.

Selecting "Details" on the homepage will open the School page as follows:

This section gives the name and address of your school and the contact telephone number and email hyperlink to your local school-age immunisations team.
