After the login is successful, the School Portal Homepage will open. School administrators will see two sections.
1- Schools
When the School administrator logs into the School Portal, they will see the school or list of schools that they have been assigned to. For multi-academy trusts, the school administrator may be assigned to manage more than one school. On the right-hand side, users can access school information by selecting "View cohort details".
2- Clinics
Users can also see the clinics that have been scheduled for that school. This section details the clinic date, start and end time, the immunisation being administered, the school's name and if this is a bookable clinic. It is possible to print this list if required by selecting the "Print All" button.

Please note: The functionality to receive notifications via the School Portal will be introduced in phase 2 of the School Portal release.
School Page
Selecting "View cohort details" on the homepage will open the School page as follows:

In the Manage cohort section, you can consult the consents received by the program (Flu, HPV, DTP, Polio if applicable), manage the cohort by school year, upload documents and upload school lists.
Contact Information
This section gives the name and address of your school and the contact telephone number and email hyperlink to your local school-age immunisations team.
