This section displays:
- the academic year
- the school year
- the cohort for that school year
- and each School-Age Immunisation programme that the Immunisation Team will be providing (Flu, HPV and DTP).

Where parental consent has been received, the user will see how many parents have submitted consents on behalf of their children and the percentage of responses against the overall cohort. For example, In the DTP programme above, 5 consents have been received which is a response rate of 50% of a school year cohort of 10.
List of the parental responses to the immunisation programme
The School Administrator will look at the school year and the relevant immunisation programme. Select the number in the programme and a pop-up window will appear as follows (in this case Year 9):

The list will provide details such as the child’s name, date of birth, parental consent and the date the response was received. Users will be able to download this list in a .csv format:

Please note: Some healthcare providers may have a policy that they cannot provide School administrators with information as to whether the parent has given consent or declined the immunisation. The consent column will not be visible if this is the case.
Set a cohort for the School year
This section is where the School administrator can adjust the cohort size for any year group selected.

Select the School year you would like to adjust from the drop-down menu, enter the cohort number and select update cohort

You will see a notification that your changes have been successfully updated.
