If you complete a referral form and see an error message next to one of the fields -for example, telephone number, postcode or email address-, please ensure that there are no spaces or symbols included in the field. You may also wish to reload the page by selecting CTRL+R.
If the error is still occurring, please contact us at support@riviam.zendesk.com with the URL link for the form you are using and the error message you are getting. You can also send us a screenshot so we can identify what might be erroring.
