The School-Aged Immunisations Team will invite the school administrator to register an account on the RIVIAM School Portal. When the email address has been added, RIVIAM will send the user a registration email.
Please Note: Should you have any difficulties with the sign-up process, please contact the Immunisations Team to check your login credentials. Should further technical support be required, they can direct you to RIVIAM Support Team support@riviam.zendesk.com and our team will be happy to assist you.
After being added to the system and receiving your registration email, the link from the registration email will open the School Portal Sign-Up page as follows:

To sign-up for School Portal
- Enter your email address.
- Set up your password. Password has to be at least 12 characters long and contains at least 2 uppercase letters, 2 lowercase letters, 2 numbers and 2 special characters from this list ~!@#$%^&*()_+{}\":;'[]
- Enter the same password to confirm the password you would like to use.
- Select Sign-up.
Please Note: You have the option to log in using Google Chrome or Microsoft 365.
Please Note: We recommend -for safety purposes- to be added to our system with an email address that is name specific rather than a general group email address (e.g., admin@ or office@).
Verify your Email Address
Once sign-up has been completed and your password created, you will receive a notification email to verify your email address.
Once your email has been verified, you will be able to proceed to log in. You need to submit your newly created credentials. A two-factor verification code will be sent to the mobile phone number on which your Immunisation team has registered your account.

Submit this code in the Two Factor Authentification field after which you will be able to log in and see the Home page. Without this code, you will not be able to log in. The 2FA will last for about 6-8 hours.
