Step 1 - Find the person
Click on the 'People' tab and then use the person finder to enter the person's first name and last name or NHS number, then click 'Search person'.
Step 2 - Select the person and click on Referral Contacts
Click on the 'Referral Contacts' icon in the left-hand menu.
Step 3 - Review the Contact details
The Referral Contacts section will show all contacts for the person and their relationship with them for example, a relative or carer. It also outlines the contact's details including their first name, last name, telephone number, email address and home address.
Step 4 - Add, edit or remove a contact
The user can edit the existing contact details by clicking the 'Edit Contact' button beneath their details or they can remove the contact.
They can also add a new contact here by clicking the 'Add contact' button, filling out the form and clicking 'Save'.
