eConsents for Parents

RIVIAM provides customers with a URL per immunisation programme. The immunisations team will distribute these links to schools that will send them to parents. Schools e schools then send the link to parents and the parents click on the link to show the consent page.  

RIVIAM eConsent forms are configurable by the customer and branded as required.
