In this instance, please:
- Make sure you have saved and completed your immunisations on the device.
- Log out of the RIVIAM app.
- Double-click the iPad home button to open the app Switcher.
- Flick the RIVIAM tile up to kill the app.
- Log back into the app.
- Ensure you have connectivity and no red bar.
- Check to see if the number of outgoing messages starts to reduce.

IMPORTANT: Ensure that colleagues are aware of the children you have vaccinated.
