What happens if a child refuses their vaccination on the clinic day?

Their record should be marked as not vaccinated with a reason code of ‘child refused’ but saved. Users should not select Complete Immunisation.

If the child does return, the record can be updated and submitted. If they don’t return, the user can then select complete immunisation, and the not-given outcome is recorded.

The parent can receive a missed vaccination email informing them that the child was not vaccinated at school and can invite the parent to book the child into a community clinic if appropriate.

When the clinic is regenerated for a second visit to that school, the child's name will reappear if they have not been booked in to attend a clinic.
