Manage cohort

This section displays:

  • The academic year
  • The school year
  • The cohort for that school year
  • And each School-Age Immunisation programme that the Immunisation Team will provide (Flu, HPV, DTP and Polio if applicable).

Where parental consent has been received, the user will see how many parents or carers have submitted consents on behalf of their children and the percentage of responses against the overall cohort. For example, in the Flu programme above, 3 consents have been received for Reception, which is a response rate of 9% of a cohort of 35.

List of the parental responses to the immunisation programme

The School Administrator will look at the school year and the relevant immunisation programme. Select the number in the program, and a pop-up window will appear as follows:

Figure 2: Class list

The list will provide details such as the child’s name, date of birth, parental consent (depending on the healthcare provider's policy), the date the response was received and if the child still has an outstanding vaccination. 'Outstanding' means that the child has a 'yes' consent from the parent or carer to receive the vaccine and has not yet been vaccinated.

Users will be able to download this list in a .csv format:

NotesPlease note: Some healthcare providers may have a policy that they cannot provide School administrators with information if the parent has consented or declined the immunisation. The consent column will not be visible if this is the case.
