Setting up Flu nasal and Flu IM school/clinic mobile sessions

For customers administering flu nasal and flu IM at a school/clinic session, you can set these up as separate mobile clinics or create both at the same time.

  • If you want to hold a flu school/clinic session on a specific date, for injectable and nasal vaccines, at the same times you should create a clinic and select "Both Nasal and IM Flu".
  • If you would like to set up a Flu nasal clinic, select yes for "Nasal" to the question "Is the clinic for Nasal, IM or both vaccinations?" 
  • If you would like to set up a Flu IM clinic, select yes for "IM Flu"to the question "Is the clinic for Nasal, IM or both vaccinations?" 

  • The flu nasal clinic will only list the children who have consented to the flu nasal vaccine.
  • The flu IM clinic will only list the children who have consented to the flu IM vaccine.
Notes
If you require a flu and IM clinic but they are at different times/dates, please create a clinic individually.
