Programme dashboard

When you select an immunisation programme, you will see a new dashboard giving an overview of the consents that have been received for that year.

The Programme Overview Dashboard:

Here you can view:

• Consents received: The 'Total' of consents received (excluding duplicates). The number of 'yes' consents, the number of 'no' consents, the number of 'out of cohort' and the number of the 'clinically declined'. For example, of 53 consents, 37 have a 'yes' consent, 15 have a 'no' consent, and 1 is a 'Clinically declined' consent. 
• NHS Spine match: The number and percentage of NHS mini spine matched and unmatched records.
• Clinical triage: 'In triage' is the number of consents that are now on any clinical triage steps (DoB Clinical triage, Clinical Triage, Clinical Triage in Progress, Relationship Triage). 'Triage complete' is the count of the total number of consents that came in and were routed to the triage step. 'Total triage' is the sum of both figures.
• Vaccination status: You can see how many consents are as 'given', 'not given' or 'not processed'.
• Clinical system: For customers with TPP. You can see the number and percentage of outcomes that have been 'updated', 'failed' to update the clinical system or have 'not been processed' yet.

Each dashboard will be defaulted to a particular vaccine type. You can choose which vaccine dashboard you wish to view by clicking on the right-hand side and selecting the vaccine needed.

Please note if you choose DTP and Meningitis ACWY, both vaccination records will be included in the counts.

The data displayed in the Dashboard will refresh every few minutes, so please check when the last update was done.

School Summary

Under the Programme Overview dashboard, you will be able to view the schools in each programme. This also shows summary information on consents received. You can search by school name and use the filters.

• The number of consents received (excluding duplicates).
• How many  'yes' consents.
• How many 'no' consents.
• How many consents have a vaccination status as 'given'.
• How many consents have a vaccination status as 'Not given'.
• How many consents have a vaccination status as 'not processed'.
• The number of bookings at that location. This number excludes cancelled bookings.
• The hub the school is in.
