Having trouble accessing your RIVIAM account? Have you not received your activation code? Please check these steps:
- Manager Approval: Make sure your manager has submitted a request for your RIVIAM access. This will include the email address you'll use to log in.
- Check Your Email: Once the request is submitted, you'll receive an activation code via email. Look for it in your inbox, including spam or junk folders.
- Login URL: Double-check that you're using the correct login website address (URL).
- Expired Code? Activation codes expire after 12 hours. If you missed the window, no worries! Click the "Forgotten Password" link below the login button to request a new code.
If you still cannot find the activation email, please email RIVIAM Digital Care at support@riviam.zendesk.com.
