When should I request a spreadsheet download or set up a mobile clinic?

Normally, if using the spreadsheet, 24 hours before. If you are attending a large school this can take time to download so we recommend these are downloaded the day before.

If you are using the mobile app, we recommend that you complete triage and then generate the clinic as your final action, as this will give you an up-to-date clinic list.

If a mobile clinic is set up more than 48 hours before the scheduled school visit, RIVIAM will download the mobile clinic 48 hours out. If you continue to triage after this time, the school list will not update.
