Contacts page overview

If the person or contact is unknown to the user, the user should use the Contact page to begin the referral process.

There are three ways you can use the Contact page:

  • Step 1 - Search for a contact – the first step is to find the person in RIVIAM. If there is a contact, you can review a list of related referrals for this Contact.

  • Step 2 - Search for people – if you cannot find a contact, the next step is to search for the person receiving the care instead.

  • Step 3 - Create a new referral – if there is no existing contact or person in RIVIAM, complete a form to create a new referral. This will capture and create the person and contact details.
