Email processing and unallocated referrals pathway
Where RIVIAM has been unable to identify any patient-identifiable data in the email/attachments or the referral form is sent in a format that RIVIAM is unable to read, the email is imported and saved as a referral under the "Unallocated Referrals" pathway.
Referrals in this pathway can be reallocated/reassigned to other pathways. Users can check the referral form submitted and email received to determine which pathway the referral should be sent too.
