Clinic setup overview

When the immunisation team is ready to visit the school or clinic to vaccinate the children, they would set up their clinics.

The Immunisation Team can choose how they would like to record outcomes at the clinic.  They can use a clinic spreadsheet or the RIVIAM app. RIVIAM have a Windows and IOS version of the RIVIAM App. The immunisations team can also record outcomes directly into RIVIAM Web.

The steps they will follow are in the diagram below.

Clinicians can choose how to set up their clinics and allocate the staff who will be in attendance. There are options to generate clinics by year group if required.

For bookable clinics, the parent/guardian can select a location, date and timeslot for the immunisation.
