School Portal - Forgotten password
If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it, select the "Forgot Password" link under the "Sign In" button. You can only use it if you have activated your account. To activate your account, please visit our "School Portal registration" guide.

When you select "Forgot Password", the following page will open:

Enter your email address and select "Reset My Password".

You will receive an email confirming that a request to reset your password has been generated. Please follow the instructions in that email, after which you will be able to change the password.

- Enter a new password. The password has to be:
at least 12 characters long and contains at least 2 letters, 1 number and 1 special character from this list ~!@#$%^&*()_+{}\":;'[] - Confirm the new password.
- Select "Login" and log in using the new password you just reset.
