This article will take you through how to set up your RIVIAM account. This covers:
- Receiving your activation code email
- Activating your RIVIAM account
- Entering your details
- Logging into RIVIAM.
Who should read this guide?
If you are new to RIVIAM and need help setting up your RIVIAM account.
Step 1: Receiving your activation code email
You will be sent a RIVIAM activation email. The email contains an activation code as shown below:
Please note: if you haven’t received this email (and it’s not in your Junk or Spam mail box), please contact support@riviam.zendesk.com.
The activation code will expire after 12 hours so you will have to select 'Forgotten Password' to be emailed a new code.
Step 2: Activating your RIVIAM account
Your direct line manager should be responsible for sharing with you the correct link to access RIVIAM.
To activate your RIVIAM account, click on “activate a new code” below the login details as shown here:
Step 3: Entering your details
Enter the below details and click “Activate”:
- Username / email address
- Activation code (from the activation email)
- Mobile number
Step 4: Logging into RIVIAM
The next page will allow you to set a password and log in to RIVIAM. You can then log in to your RIVIAM account. Please, keep your password safe and private.
