The child's record should be marked as not given with a reason code of ‘refused vaccination’, saved on the mobile but not 'Complete Immunisation'.
If the child does return and the immunisation has not been saved, the record can be updated and submitted.
If the Immunisation has been completed as 'refused vaccination', you can use the Update Vaccine Status on Workflow to record that this child has been vaccinated.
If they don’t return to receive the immunisation later in the clinic, complete immunisation and the outcome will be recorded on RIVIAM as not given. When a subsequent clinic is generated the child's name will appear again on the clinic list.
